  1. Eligibility<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>

    • The referral program is open to all customers and individuals who refer family and friends to purchase properties from us.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
    • Both the referrer (the person making the referral) and the referred individual must be at least 18 years of age.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>

      1. How It Works<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        • To participate in the program, the referrer must complete the referral form with accurate details of the referred individual.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
        • A referral is only considered valid when the referred individual successfully completes the property purchase process (i.e., signs the Sale and Purchase Agreement and secures financing).<\/span><\/li>\n \t
        • Referrals are tracked by submission date, and only the first referrer will receive the reward if the same individual is referred by multiple people.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>

          1. Reward Details<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>
            \n
              \n \t
            • Upon successful completion of the referred individual’s property purchase, the referrer will receive a reward as specified in the referral program offer.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
            • The reward amount, form (cash, gift cards, discounts, etc.), and conditions may vary depending on the current promotion.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
            • Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated otherwise.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>

              1. Qualifying Criteria<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>

                • The referral must be a new customer, not already in our database or having previously interacted with us regarding property purchases.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
                • The referred individual must successfully complete the purchase process within 30 days of the referral being made.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>

                  1. Disqualification<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>

                    • The company reserves the right to disqualify any referral if:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                      • The referrer or referred individual provides false or misleading information.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
                      • The referred individual cancels the purchase.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
                      • There is any violation of these terms and conditions.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>

                        1. Privacy<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>

                          • By participating in the referral program, the referrer and the referred individual agree to the collection and use of their personal information for the purpose of this program, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
                          • All personal information will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties without consent.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>

                            1. Program Modifications<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>

                              • The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>
