Recently, Dato’ Seri Utama Haji Aminuddin Harun shared an update on the Affordable Housing Project (Rumah Mampu Milik, RMM) at Taman Arowana, Lenggeng, following his visit to the site after a session in Parliament.
In just over a year, this RMM development is nearing completion, showcasing the dedication and efficiency of all involved. This initiative, a collaboration between the Negeri Sembilan State Government through Menteri Besar Negeri Sembilan (Incorporated) and developer Tuah Hartamas Development Sdn Bhd, is a key part of the state’s efforts to make homeownership accessible.
Built on a 51.51-acre plot owned by MBINS and strategically located next to the main Mantin-Broga road, the project ensures proximity to essential public amenities and infrastructure.
Dato’ Seri Utama Haji Aminuddin expressed his hope that this RMM project will serve the community well, especially benefiting low-income families by enabling them to secure homes of their own. May this development uplift the community and help more families achieve their homeownership dreams.
